Changed your mind? We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may send it back for a refund of the product purchase (excludes shipping fees). To obtain a refund, the product must be shipped back to us within 30 days of purchase in its original packaging and in resalable condition. (This policy excludes personalized products.)
Damaged Merchandise? We take extra care in shipping our piggy bank and other products. However, no matter how careful we try to be, once in a blue moon, a bank gets damaged in transit. If you get a broken bank, we'll replace it free of charge. Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours of receipt by calling our customer service number below or emailing us at returns@piggybankshop.com. Damage claims made after 48 hours from delivery may not be honored. We do require that you ship the damaged goods back to us after receiving a damage authorization number.
If you find an identical Piggy Bank (manufacturer, model, etc.) for a lower price at a legitimate internet retail store, we will beat that price by 10%. or our cost plus 25% markup, which ever is higher. You have up to 7 days after your order date to take advantage of this offer. The only restrictions to this offer is that the item must be offered by an online, retailer who has the item in stock and ready for shipment. This offer excludes items offered on auction sites (including but not limited to eBay) and excludes items sold through affiliate or wholesale sites.
